Johnnie Lee Bliss, 67, of Lincoln, passed away November 9, 2018. Born on July 13, 1951 in Moline, Illinois to Harry R. and Betty J. (Sizemore) Bliss. Resided in Lincoln.
Johnnie worked for many years in the Public Works Department for the City of Lincoln. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and ballroom dancing.
Survived by his brothers Michael Bliss, Steven Bliss, and Ted (Leslie) Bliss. Close family members include Niece and Nephew: Kelsey (Ben) Rieker, and Matthew Bliss. Great Nephews: Landon Bliss and Bryson Rieker. Additional Nieces and Nephews; Great Nieces and Nephews
The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday (11/14), at Roper and Sons Funeral Home, 4300 ‘O’ Street Lincoln.
Celebration of Johnnie’s Life to be held, 11:00 a.m. Thursday, November 15, 2018, at Roper & Sons ‘O’ Street Chapel.
